  x is the maximum new scale (by default 5000) that the function is allowed to use for approximating the original FPS.（オリジナルのFPSに近づけるために使用するのを許可される新しいスケールの最大値（デフォルト 5000）。）

  It chooses the new rate and scale in a way that the resulting rate/scale is as close (or equal) to the original FPS as possible.（結果として生じる rate/scale がオリジナルのFPSと可能な限り近く（または等しく）なるように、新しいレートとスケールを選択する。）
